AMMA and the Australian Women in Resources Alliance (AWRA) invites you to take part in a survey set to uncover the resources and energy industries efforts in gender diversity policy and practice.
The Resources and Energy Industry National Gender Diversity Survey 2018 will also allow Australia’s resources and energy employers to find out comparatively where their organisation is in their workforce gender diversity journey.
The survey will provide a benchmark rating on your organisation’s gender diversity progression while assisting AMMA and AWRA to get a greater understanding of gender diversity and inclusion practices across various sub-sectors and regions.
Your organisation’s participation is important to assist in the gathering of data and positive real-life case studies. Results will be released in a de-identified format and all organisations will receive an individualised benchmarking report.
A survey overview is available here, allowing you to draft your answers prior to commencing the survey. All up, this process should take 15-20 minutes to complete.
Organisations will receive a detailed and individualised benchmarking report upon completion.
The survey closes at 5:00pm 5 October 2018.
