From personal stories and career experiences, to leadership and industry insights, no topics or questions were off-limits as AMMA hosted its 2019 series of Future Leaders Network events this week.
Taking place in Brisbane and Perth, the events saw talented rising leaders from the resources and energy sector learning directly from established senior executives, as well as networking and discussing pertinent issues with their peers.
“AMMA launched Future Leaders Network in 2018 and we were very pleased to see the concept further develop and add value to rising talent this year,” Tara Diamond, AMMA Director Operations said.
Aspiring young professionals heard from industry role models at the Future Leaders Network.
“The Network is all about nurturing and developing the next wave of resources and energy industry leaders, particularly those in the ‘people’ fields. We are very pleased and proud to see the concept widely embraced by our members.”
Each Future Leaders Event is presented in a relaxed Q&A format with an opportunity to meet and chat informally.
AMMA is planning three Future Leaders Network events in each city in 2020, and encourages members to get involved and nominate yourself or a colleague who would benefit from this unique leadership development forum.
