英文摘要	This supporting research accompanies the Adaptation Sub-Committee’s 2017 Report to Parliament: Progress in preparing for climate change. The research was carried out by Jacobs. The report: summarises the outcomes of research into the capability of the emergency planning system in England the research consisted of 17 telephone interviews with experts from 14 Local Resilience Forums across England the interviews were carried out by Jacobs for the ASC between February and April 2017 participants were asked to share their views and experiences of managing climate-related emergencies and the needs of the emergency planning system
