英文摘要	This supporting research accompanies the Adaptation Sub-Committee’s 2017 Report to Parliament: Progress in preparing for climate change. The research was carried out by BRE. The aim of the project was to understand their perceptions about the costs and benefits of dealing with flood and overheating risks in new buildings. This report summarises the results of a survey and follow up interviews with buildings professionals.
