IEEP is looking for a full-time Income Development Manager in our Finance and Operations team. This is a key role within a dynamic team which focuses on the day-to-day running of the office.

The Income Development Manager is responsible for:

• The identification of income opportunities for IEEP
• The co-ordination of tender process for service contracts (EC, EP, other EU institutions, IGOs, Member States and other governments, NGOs), both internally and with external partners.
• The coordination of grant proposals to foundations and other philanthropic organisations
• The management of contacts with funders and clients
• The organisation of donations to IEEP.

Together with the Chief Operating Officer, the Income Development Manager is responsible for:

• Setting the income development strategy of IEEP in line with IEEP’s strategy, including: income needs, the scope and diversity of funds and funders, priority targets amongst funders and service contracts processes, pricing, processes and systems around income development, due diligence).
• Reporting on process to the Executive Management Group and to the board of IEEP on progress and challenges
