正文(英文)	India's federal Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar on Friday said India was not historically responsible for climate change. Javadekar said climate change was not an overnight phenomenon but takes 100 years for a change. "Climate change isn't an overnight phenomenon. It has taken the last 100 years. Historically India has only three percent of all emissions," Javadekar said on the eve of the fifth anniversary of the Paris climate agreement. "We are in no way responsible for this climate change."
