英文摘要

E3G and GIZ are excited to share a new publication outlining a practical framework for setting the course towards a sustainable, inclusive and resilient transformation in countries’ efforts for economic recovery from the Covid-19 pandemic. It is the first of three products in the series Green Recovery for Practitioners, particularly developed for the NDC Partnership’s Economic Advisory Initiative.

This is a joint effort by the IKI Support Project for the Implementation of the Paris Agreement (SPA), the EU-funded EUROCLIMA+ programme and E3G.

The series aims to provide insights on how green recovery planning can be approached and what factors can contribute to successful implementation as well as a collection of good practices.

This first publication provides orientation in this complex field by 1) looking at powerful arguments for and existing understandings of a green recovery, as well as 2) by providing practical lists of possible outcomes, stakeholders, tools and examples to consider for green recovery planning.

We hope you enjoy the read and find it useful for your work. Please approach felix.heilmann@e3g.org or juliet.phillips@e3g.org with any feedback or questions you may have.
