正文(英文)	According to Mr Sharif Qamar, Fellow, Transport and Urban Governance Division, TERI, in the absence of safe transit space for cycling, the riders mix with high-speed vehicles. A helmet should be made mandatory for all cyclists. Besides, the enforcement agencies should have all vehicles following traffic guidelines. Road infrastructure should be planned to limit any overspeeding.
