As part of the “Build Back Better: Using Green and Digital Technologies to Reduce Food Waste at Consumer Level”, the Bangkok Case Study, with the support of Thailand Environment Institute (TEI), analyses the city’s food waste situation, identifying the various sources and mapping relevant stakeholders; explores the policies that have been created to tackle the issue; conducts an in-depth analysis on the use of technology for food waste management, pinpointing the opportunities and challenges; and lastly, offers seven key policy recommendations. |
