The TRB National Cooperative Highway Research Program's NCHRP Web-Only Document 323: Highway Safety Manual User Guide is a user-friendly, companion and reference document that helps safety analysts use the Highway Safety Manual. Supplemental to the document are three Peer Exchange Reports from Irvine, California; Baltimore, Maryland; and Nashville, Tennessee; and three Tech Briefings (1, 2, and 3). |
