英文摘要	The country operations business plan (COBP), 2018–2020 is the first COBP under the country partnership strategy (CPS), 2018–2022. The COBP, 2018–2020 aligns closely with the strategic priorities of the Sri Lanka CPS, 2018–2022. The CPS supports Sri Lanka’s transition to upper middle-income country status by focusing on two strategic objectives: strengthening the drivers of growth by promoting diversification of economic activities and productivity enhancement (pillar 1), and improving the quality of growth by promoting inclusiveness (pillar 2). Key cross-cutting themes include: promoting private sector development and public–private partnerships (PPPs); strengthening environmental, climate change and disaster risk management; and promoting gender equality.
